What needed to be clearer
An operational workflow crosses product boundaries. An order connects to warehouse activity, transport planning, fleet resources, and vendor coordination. Those handoffs need a shared operational context.

How I approached it
My work spans a connected logistics ecosystem, bringing backend systems, web interfaces, and delivery infrastructure together around the workflows people use to run operations.
Connect interface and service
Use Laravel and React across the application stack, with PostgreSQL and Redis supporting the underlying services.
Make delivery part of the work
Include Docker-based infrastructure and safer delivery in the modernization effort, alongside feature development.
